How We Develop Players

Structured sessions for boys and girls aged 5 – 17, built around ball mastery, technique and small-sided games.

Signature Programme

“Me and the Ball”

Every Unity session is anchored by “Me and the Ball” — our ball-mastery programme where each player gets maximum touches and develops a personal relationship with the ball.

These sessions build football fundamentals, confidence, technical ability, agility, teamwork and a genuine love of the game. Younger players start with basics; older players progress to advanced combinations and game-speed execution.

What a session looks like

  1. Warm-up & ball familiarity — every player, every ball.
  2. Technique block — the day's focus skill, broken down.
  3. Agility & coordination — quick feet, balance, movement.
  4. Small-sided games — 1v1 to 5v5, learning by playing.
  5. Cool-down & character talk — discipline and teamwork.
